Well, we had to ease into it, but we wound up having a pretty smoking time at the Kokopelli Awards Dinner & Dance. The Country Club of Green Valley put out an impressive spread and I want to thank Graciela for her hospitality. We’re playing another dance here in December and it looks like we will be back next year for this event. We had the floor full at the end of the night and that warms our hearts. Thanks for having us along for the ride.

It was good to see a better sized crowd this time out. We were happy to see John & Liz Denbo out again (sorry I messed up on The Middle J0hn). Thanks to Bob afterwards for the tour of Agave Road. This will be our first gig after our Thanksgiving break. We will be looking for you on the 30th, bring your friends, let’s make a real party since we won’t be able to play there on Dec. 28th.

A nice full house of dancers looking for a good time - what more could we ask for? I’ll have to take Nancy up on her offer to take pictures - the only time I can get out is during “Pride & Joy” - I’d like to get another shot of the line dancers here. Our friends here are always nice enough to tip us enough to cover our bar tab, maybe we will break down and learn 1 waltz. Our lovely bartenders were dancing along with the crowd again. Look forward to seeing everyone again on December 1st!
