NEW YEAR’S EVE!
We ended 2007 and started the new year in the best possible way. The Elks had bands going in the bar and the ball room. There were folks seated in the dining area as well - we would start a song and before you knew it, the floor was packed - you had no room to jitter a bug. Everyone looked so good all duded up but it didn’t slow anyone down. Our lovely runaround Sue from California kept shaking her bangles so hard they would wrap around her neck. Beverly, Leslie & Carol were quite fetching - all the women looked great - I love when the ladies dress up to go dancing. The guys were all spiffed up, but I won’t say anything about that lest someone get the wrong idea - I’ll let you send in some comments.
I only had time to take a couple of shots and I had a few that were sent to me, but please send me any photos you have so we can fatten up the visuals. A great way to kick off the year, I’m sorry we won’t see the good people here again until February 16. That’s okay, I’m sure they’ll be ready to dance.
