Mid Life Crisis

Well, this is a Sports Bar and a couple of sporting events delayed the opening song until after 10:30.  My apologies to those that showed up at 8 and had to leave - sorry the U of A game didn’t end until late (and even sorrier that they lost the game).  We were very gratified at the number of dancers that stayed until the very end - by far it was the most dancers we’ve had at closing time.  I didn’t get too many shots - I only made it off stage once and took a couple of turns with the lovely Gloria.  I’ll have a couple of folks take shots when we play the Monsoon Room on April 12.  Thanks to everyone who made it out - Next Time!

Well, I guess people don’t believe in tradition anymore.  Not a single woman propositioned us - I thought that was what happened on Leap Day.  Jennifer did buy me a drink, but that was the extent of the Leaping.  I don’t know if we’ll be gigging in 4 years when the next one rolls around . . . oh well, don’t believe the stories you hear about bands.  We still had a ton of fun and 6 more fans bought a shirt and joined the club - we do thank you.  We’re back here on March 28th, but don’t forget we are off the middle 2 weeks of March.  Some of the good people from GV will be at the Casino on Saturday March 8.  Sorry for the delay in posting these, but the site was very tempermental this week.  See you soon!
