QUAIL CREEK DANCE CLUB, FEB. 18, 2009
I am compelled to post these pictures toot sweet since I know the dancers here visit the website. They were up to date on the “22 months and counting” farewell tour. We generally have full audience participation on our line dances and “YMCA”, but it’s really something to see on this dance floor. I was able to weave in and out without being pin-balled. Regular visitors to our postings know we enjoy this facility and the number of family members grows each time (our t-shirt supporters). So grab your t-shirts while you can, I always have some and this may have been the last run I order. Oh, the grim finality of life . . . have fun like the die-hards in the last shot. See you next time!

TUCSON ESTATES DANCE CLUB, VALENTINE’S DAY 2009
The good people at Tucson Estates made sure that Green Valley didn’t steal all the glory this weekend. We started strong, then worried that we had tired people out too soon. Well, they surprised us by getting a second wind ending the night on a rock ‘n roll high. Our good friends, John Denbo and his lovely wife Liz, came out and got to hear a good number of songs that were new to them (a couple of my clients from Tucson Estates finally made it out to hear their agent sing for his supper). This was the kind of weekend that makes all the practice and travel worth it. Thanks!
