Mid Life Crisis

  Some of the attendees may have been dressed for the “Senior Prom” theme, but others were ‘bare-footing’ from beginning to end.  Earl Cohen told me a few didn’t attend because they didn’t want to dress up, and some of the costumes were great, especially King Nerd, but it wasn’t needed for a good time.  I wish we had some of the shots of couples that were taken there and displayed on the screens and I confess I have grown accustomed to having a roving photographer that can get much better shots . . . oh well.  I have to mention that it’s always nice to have someone come up and request a song we know, especially when it rocks a bit more.  Thanks again Kris, we had fun with you, thanks for feeding us!

Gilbert Castillo

  Kat offered and we were happy t0 have her dashing around taking pictures of our wonderful fans . . . lots of pictures = lots of fun in the toaster oven.  I have to confess that we had another fan (oscillating) behind us - sorry, but you know how delicate Khang & Steve are, they might not have survived the evening otherwise.  It was wonderful to see Annie out again and I know a dancing gent was smiling in approval.  Bonnie was out dancing, good to see you again.  It looks like Mikki & Jo had a good time, so happy to fill the bill.   Angelina said we could come back next month even though we did play her “favorite” song.  See you next month - don’t forget there is more room on the dance floor in summer, just wear your cool clothes.
