Friday, December 9, 2011 - Just in case I don’t get a chance to update later, a very Merry Christmas to all our friends! We have a busy weekend coming up then 2 more parties to wrap up the year. If you happen to read this today, plan on coming out to Lindy’s at Redline Sports Grill tonight (Oracle & Wetmore) – we’ll be on the patio so you will have to dance to warm up. Last week we were rained out, so let’s hope it is just brisk tonight. We have another new venue in Green Valley next month – the 19th Hole Bar & Grill on 111 S La Canada Drive (inside the Green Valley Inn). We are booked the first three months so come out and help support this new business. If things go well we will play there a few more times later in the year. We will play 5 times at the American Legion, Post 66 next year. I only have about 8 more open dates for 2012 so I hope we can continue at Lindys or the the 19th Hole. Keep checking the Schedule page. We have plenty of men’s & ladies’ shirts, we even got some ladies tank tops! The cost is $15, join us!
Gilbert Castillo
PS – We still want your t-shirt pictures!
Great picture! Can’t wait to come see you guys play again.
Where (and when) are you playing in November?
Thanks! Tom
Hi Gil, Bob, Khang and Steve,
Hope that each of you had a great Thanksgiving! Glad to see that you will be
at the GV Elks on Saturday.
Thanks for the opportunity to appear on your website. What a treat!
You guys are really First Class, your music, your website, your sincerity.
Be safe and see you soon,
Jim and Sabra Borst
This message is for Steve. When Khang leaves on vacation, see if
you can pick a weekend and I will give you a smokin’ deal on
a deluxe room, bring your wife and guitar and we will jam on
some good ole rock n roll for an hour or two.
Your website is very impressive and your band photo has a
Pepsodent sparkle about it.
I’m with the Katz N’ Jammer Band, which off and on, have entertained
Tucson/Green Valley for around 24 years.
I would love to hear your offerings.
Later,
Dr John

Hi Gilbert,
Could you please help me find my mother’s (Joyce Foutch) photo that was taken at the American Legion. She would like me to print her a copy, but I am unable to locate it.
Thanks,
Rebecca
Hi Gilbert,
Robert, myself, & our Rancho Resort neighbors and friends totally enjoyed our “Mid Life Happiness Party”
You, Steve, Bob & Khang really out did yourself. We had a GREAT time !!!!
Hugs,
Gloria
What’s this about 2 more years ???? Are you serious ??
You have to play longer. We depend on you guys for good
music and fun times. Say it ain’t so and plaease extend the
time a few more years….or else !!!
Hi Guys,
Thanks for the wonderful tribute to Bob Berry. Annie has seen it, and when she quits crying, she will be back on line to respond. You are all really special to all of the “Green Valley Groupies”, and I for one appreciate your thoughtfulness.
Thanks again,
Nancy
Gilbert, Steve, Bob and Khang,
I can’t thank you enough for your tribute to “my Bobby” … somehow I know that he has seen it and is smiling.
Long before I returned to Green Valley, Bob would tell me stories about “Midlife Crisis” … he loved coming and dancing to your music and he sincerely liked each of you. It was a real highlight when he finally got to “bring me out” to dance to Midlife Crisis when I returned to Arizona. And then, of course, I knew why … the talent each of you bring to the group makes Midlife Crisis an outstanding band to dance and listen to. Add your individual personalities to that mix and you rank #1 in all departments.
We had already marked the calendar and planned on being at the Elks tonight … you’ll never know how badly I wish we could have made just “one more dance”.
Be sure and play “Wicked Games” in the second set, just for Bob and I tonight. I’ll be watching the clock and remembering.
Many thanks,
Annie Berry
3 years ??? 3 ??? Why not round it out to 4 ??? That’s better karma. The moon will be aligned with all the mid planets. Get the connection.
Besides your daughter will need support for 4 years (or more). What ya gonna do, cut her off ??? 4 more years….four more years !!!!!!
Hi from southern Indiana. Sure do miss seeing all of you and hearing the great tunes! Hugs, Annie Berry
I saw you play at La Encantada this weekend and you sounded
like a fun, danceable, rockin’ band. I’m looking for a 3 or 4 person
band for my wife’s surprise 50th birthday party on July 10 at
Hacienda del Sol for about 30 people, and was wondering if you
might be available. I had contacted another band but they have
not followed up.
If you’re interested please call me at my work # 742-9166, as
my e-mail is not secure…
Rock On,
Dan
Dan, I tried calling the number you provided and could not find you. Sorry to say Steve is out of town that weekend, but feel free to call my office at 883-2886.

Gilbert,
We saw you in the paper today. Bummer! We’re thinking about you and if there’s anything we can do to help let us know. Water damage is a bitch to clean up. Good luck and we’ll see you one of these days.
